Why Real Estate?  Over the past 10 years I found myself intrigued with finding deals in real estate and was spending hours a day searching web sites looking for properties and information on them.  I gained my own experiences with buying and selling several properties.  In 2010 I decided to earn my Real Estate Salesperson license so I can start sharing my experience with others.  I absolutely love this job.  I am excited to start my Real Estate career with Preferred Realty Group, as I feel going above and beyond is essential to providing excellent service.

My Goal:  My goal is to help you, as a buyer, find the house of your dreams by listening to what yours needs are and the features you feel are important for you to have in a home.  I offer the Home Buyer's Scouting Report to all my customers. This website allows the home shopper who is internet sauvy to do specific searches themselves.  I am not scared of traveling. I will go where the buyer needs me to go.

As a seller my goal is to educate you and give you tips on how to sell your house in a slow market. Marketing is key in selling your home and one feature I do for my sellers is give their home their own website.  I market through Wisconsin's MLS websites, radio, newspaper, my website, my company's website, zillow, Craig's list, and social networking websites.  I will show you homes that have sold that are comparable to your home and homes that are currently listed. It is important as a seller to visit your competition so that you can make your home the "best deal out there".  

As an investor, I will search for the best deals out there for you.  I have worked with several investors in all different areas and have experience with my own investment properties.  I love it when I can get you a home for under 50K.

In the past year I have helped 23 clients buy homes and have sold the 2 homes I had listed.  I have sold homes in Milwaukee, Greendale, West Bend, Oconomowoc, Hartford, Delavan, Milton, Waterloo, Cottage Grove, DeForest, Pardeeville, Beaver Dam, Fox Lake, Randolph, and Columbus.  I can buy and sell Real Estate anywhere in the state of Wisconsin, and I love to travel!
